Sessions will be held every Tuesday at 10:30am.
WHERE? Coolidge Christian Church
190 N. 4th Street, Coolidge, AZ. 85128
Topics to be discussed:
1. Is it reasonable to believe in God?
We begin with a look at the two laws governing society on how to get along with each other. Then we explore the possibilities about there being an intelligent being and how can we make a decision about God?
2. Is the Bible a special book?
If there is evidence of an intelligent origin of all that exists, has He spoken or remained silent?
3. Is there a purpose for the universe we live in?
The universe we live in is amazing. Is there a cause or some purpose for it? How does the earth fit into the picture?
4. Is there a design in the Bible?
Is the Bible jumbled and disconnected? Where is the order? We will sort that out for you. Many problems solved here.
5. Is there a "core" promise in the Bible?
The central theme of the Bible is built around a very special promise. This promise is intended to meet the deepest need of every human being. We will discover what it is in this session
6. Is there a tangible and identifiable place where order governs?
In a world of mysticism and doubt, is there something tangible I can get a hold of? Why is it so disguised? Is there any orderly thought available anywhere? Where would it be?
7. Is there "hope" for the the future?
We will discuss some of the reasons why we could say, "no." But, is there a bigger picture?
Sessions are designed for beginners in Bible Study.
You can join in at any time.
Remember that these sessions continue through May 2012.

I. Can I Understand God This Side of Eden?
1. Before the sin in Eden and after the sin in Eden, man and God understood each other. The sin in the Garden of Eden resulted in the loss of access to the tree of life (Genesis 3:22-24). It did not alter the one matter essential for a return to God. That one thing is language. Language upon which reason is built. Language continued after Eden as it had before. Man continued to be capable of understanding exactly what God said and meant (Genesis chapters 1-3).
II. Who is this Jesus?
A lesson on who Jesus was while on earth illustrated with a time chart.
Introduction: "For a little while" (NASB) and "In the days of His flesh."
Who is this Jesus? Who is this, who by His appearance, displays the wonderful and matchless love of His Father and at the same time satisfies the righteousness and justice of the Father?
Who was Jesus while He was on this earth? The Bible teaches that while Jesus was on earth He developed the same traits and the same character as His heavenly Father and was committed to the mission and purpose of His Father. We often see children who have developed the same traits and the same character as their parents, so it was with Jesus.
The Bible teaches that Jesus set aside His god-form to accomplish a very special mission and a mission that could only be accomplished with Jesus being wholly man.
How on earth can we all get along?
Written by David Traxler
If you haven't noticed, there are a lot of us. There are many different beliefs, cultures, life styles and value systems. There are differences in education, social status, wealth and skill. And the list goes on.
As a believer in an intelligent and personal origin of all that exists and working in a secular environment, I pondered on how can I get along where most everything around me is contrary to what I believe?
